Just realised I forgot to update this on Monday (again). No change this week. Not bad, because I had a big night out on Friday and ended up, not only eating, but drinking waaay too much.
I have been trying to be more sensible this week, but still ended up having a takeaway on Wednesday night.
Next week will be better... I hope.
